Shanghai Port is one of the oldest and most successful clubs in Chinese football history, having won numerous league titles and domestic cups.
Nantong Zhiyun, on the other hand, is a relatively new club, having been founded in 2016 and only recently promoted to the Chinese Super League.
Shanghai Port boasts a large fan base and plays their home matches at the iconic Shanghai Stadium, which has a seating capacity of over 50,000 spectators.
Nantong Zhiyun, on the other hand, plays their home matches at the newly built Nantong Sports Center, which has a seating capacity of around 30,000 spectators.
Both clubs have ambitious plans for the future and are looking to establish themselves as top contenders in the Chinese Super League.
